Looking for 1st gen Sienna Manual or help with Passive Arm disable

I have a 2000 Sienna CE, bought it used, no keyless remote.
we've been using it just fine with our keys. Suddenly, yesterday, I had the rear door open, I locked it with my key utilizing the power lock feature to lock all doors, then closed it.
After that, everytime I open the door with the key, the hazard light flashes and I can not get the car started. I've tried to reset with many different ways I found online, but I can't get rid of the problem.
The only method that will work temporarily is "removed negative cable, turn ignition to on, leave door open, then plug the negative cable." I can start the car, however, after shutting it off and in several minutes, the problem would come back. I would try to unlock the car with my key, lights would flash, and cannot get car started again.

I've tried to follow procedures to disable RS3000 and RS3200 Plus and it doesn't seem to work.

HELP?!?!?!
