2000 Sienna Plastic fuel tank?

So the shop where I take my van says it needs a tank. "Its all rusted around"
Weren't these plastic tanks? Is some one trying to make a quick G off me?
I cant look coz the van isnt here.

I would look for a 2nd opinion.
I think it is plastic, but has metal straps that hold it in place.

There are two types of fuel talk on sienna, for your model. You need to check in detail under.one is 77001-08011 from 1997/08-2000/08 and 77001-08030 from 2000/08 -->>
