2002 Sienna, Replace Dash Speakers

My dash speakers are blown; they need to be replaced. I have the JBL Audio package on my Sienna and am wondering how to remove the dash speaker grills/covers. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the JBL system in my 2003 Sienna.
The grill pulls off the speakers that are mounted up on the windshield pillar trim.
There is not a direct replacement speaker for those.
Once you pull the grill off.....it is easy to see how to replace them.
Those are the "Tweeter" speakers in the JBL sound system.
I had the grils off, but did not replace those speakers.
I did replace the speakers in the front doors, with Polk speakers.

The JBL system has a amplifier that drives the speakers.
The amplifier sends ONLY base to the door speakers, and mid/high to the windshield pillar speakers.

The speakers that I put in the doors were coaxial, but again......only the woofer is being used.
I had blown the passenger door speaker........it did make a clicking sound that I thought was the tweeter up on the windshield pillar on that side.....but it seems to have been that speaker in the door as once I replaced the door speakers.....the clicking sound went away.
