90k

somewhere around 99-01 area toyota went from 60k to 90k on t-belt interval. I have not seen any toyota OE belts ever break under 100k on their own, water pump failures not included.
I say 90K and do water pump and serp belt at same time.

if not go to www.toyotapartsandservice.com, top right tab for factory maintenance
select model and its virtually identical to the book that was with owner manual when new!

90K miles, but my opinion is that there should be some time limit as well.
If your 2001 timing belt has not been changed, then it should be as it is over 10 years old.
Same for the accessory belts, since they have to be taken off during the process anyhow.

The TOYOTA RED (not pink super long life) coolant in your 1st gen Sienna is also due to be changed.

The timing belt on our '98 has been replaced at:
65,000
132,000
227,000
We're now at 304,000+ miles and I'm going to replace it soon. As you can see, I started with a 60,000 mile interval but relaxed it to 90,000 with no problems. I've never changed the water pump but am going to do so this time. I wouldn't recommend anyone else postpone the water pump that long, but I'd do it all over again if only because I'm nuts about keeping the coolant fresh and I'm convinced that helps prolong the water pump.

You know now that you mention the intervals, I first changed mine at 150k and the second change that I just made was at 242k. Don't do what I did. I think the service manual will tell you the right mileage.
