02 sienia xle speedometer is wrong

I have noticed that my speedometer is reading about 4 miles per hour slower than my GPS is. I recently have put new tires on but they are the same size as the originals.I feel the GPS is right as I have done speed checks.How could this happen?How can this be fixed.Its a brain teaser!!

There's no fix I'm aware of. Highlander owners have a consistent speed reading that's 3 MPH too fast, and the only way the error rate ever changes is when tire size is changed. I think this large an error is ridiculous, and one of those situations where people say, "If they can send a man to the Moon....."
