Can I add VSC to my 2001 Sienna?

We get enough snow around here that I wondering if it is possible to add VSC to my 2001 Sienna CE V6. I am pretty sure it's useful, not sure if it's doable by myself.
Is it just a chip or do I need additional sensors? I already have ABS so some sensors are there.

I have not bought the technical manual yet because they are always out of it!! I guess I need to order one but I do not know if these manuals cover something like that.
My next step is to ask a Toyota dealer I guess, but they'd never tell me what's involved. Most probably they'd tell me it costs $2000 or something even if it's just a chip to change...

Cool

There are some aftermarket systems avalible, but I wouldn't go that way.

having it installed is going to definately be costly. Might be down-right easier to sell the vehicle in the paper and use that to get something that has stability control stock.
