Sienna oil leak

I have a 1998 Sienna with 112K miles that is leaking oil. The rear main seal has been replaced twice and now they think it is blowing by the seal because there is too much pressure in the crank case, possibly due to engine sludge. Engine was de-sludged 2 years ago and has had nothing but Mobil 1 since, so I think they are grasping at straws and don't have a clue. Also suggested that there were minor grooves on the crank shaft and there is a sleeve that goes on, but now don't think that is it. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked the engine's PCV system?

PCV is clean and the air supply pipe ( between air filter housing and throttle body) is clear.

Yes, the shop said the pcv system checked out ok. I'll check the air supply pipe tomorrow.
