Disable DRL for my 01 Sienna

I would like to install my HID kits but unable to dsable the Daytime Running Light. I tried to remove the DRL relay from the fuse box in front of engine bay, but can't turn on the light once it take off.

I get the TSB for solving this issue by cutting 1 of the ECU connecting wire, but.....D4 is which one? Here is the link.

First locate the DRL relay. It's located to the right of the steering wheel column below. Run your hand by that panel and feel for a box about 4x4" and unplug the 14 pin wire harness. With the harness facing you with the lock on top, count from the top left and cut the #2 wire (gray), secure and insulate with electrical tape and your done.

When I removed the fuse, DRLs are still on and was getting frustrated. My search lead me to this site that has the Toyota TSB for the correct way of disabling DRLs.

Is there a way for you to take the wire out without having to cut it? I want the process to be reversible.

I took several pictures of the plug if it will help.
