Can't see any piccies...

It sounds like the gray plug goes to the IAC valve which is located right under the throttle body. That would create the high idle issue that yer having. I'm surprised it didn't throw a check engine light (CEL) on you...

It's pretty easy to plug the IAC plug in. Just remove the air intake hose going to the throttle body and plug her in. You might be able to do it with pulling the hose but it's better to see where it might go than gitting a peek and trying.

Not sure about the dark green plug...I'd have to go outside and check the right side of the engine (passenger side) and see what's on that side.
