Just use an oxy acetalyene torch to cut the manifold where you want it. Then you or somebody else uses a TIG welder to weld the turbo flange on. If you don't want to do all that I found this place that makes basic "log style" turbo manifolds for any inline 4. They have listings for 4A-GE, 7A-FE etc. The place is called: JGS Precision Turbo. Check it out. The also have tuned length turbo manifolds.
