It is not the Torrent.

Variables that determine an excellent outcome include:
Media, Authoring Software, Authoring Software settings, Computer Hardware
One of these variables is creating your issue.
Good Luck

I have a 2008 XLE (Gen5 Nav) and I just downloaded the following:

http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/2137260/775222/

Burned it on Verbatim DVD+R DL using imgburn and it worked on the first try.

you will get 2 files after completed download, .ISO file and .MDS file. did you use them all or did you just burn .ISO file only? thanks

If you are using imgburn you will open the MD5 file. It is an error-checking file to ensure that the ISO is correct. The ISO is what gets burned to the disc.

I dont remember but somewhere on this forum or clublexus of. I read that someone used it without any issues, the problem to figure which version of the eclipse software goes with the corresponding toyota OEM nav in that car but since there are only 2 versions, it wont be hard to figure out.

I currently own a 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited AWD. The Navigation software is original...thus never been updated. I was told by Toyota that the latest version is this 9.1 thats posted on the torrent site. I downloaded it, and used Imgburn software as well (using Verbatium 8.5 GB DVD) to burn it on a DVD. Using the Imgburn's Write feature, I had it read the .mds file that was downloaded first. Then the Imgburn just started to burn the files onto the DVD.

When I load this DVD on the Sienna's MAP reader, the screen gives me a map disc error. What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Gen 3-4-5

sumac22
Your '05 sienna is a GEN 4 nav, you made a GEN 5 disc. It won't work in "your" nav.

04 is GEN 3 05 is GEN 4 06-08 is GEN 5

Good luck

Thanks Tonystewart. I realize that when I started reading the comments at the torrent site. Stupid me...should've read first then burn. Oh well.

Did a Google search and does not seem like anyone posted Generation 4 9.1 update out on torrent or any sites. I've seen 8.1 and 7.1 though...
