XXX Got a Sienna

Hi people! Got a used 2003 Sienna XLE yesterday here at columbus, OH, USA with 54K on it with every option excluding DVD or Nav. $16850.00 + 1500.00 for the 7yrs/100K full warranty.

Had a problem with brake rotors, when I test drove the car. Told the guys that they'd have to fix it before I take it. So they didn't change the rotors (front) but (probably put them on a lathe and) flattened them. For my AudiA4, warped rotors=replacement. I test drove the car afterwards, and the brakes seem fine. Any comments? They said that the rotors should be good to go for about 40-50 k.

The brake pedal is incredibly soft on the car though, is that common in Sienna's?
Have noticed rust on both sliding door hinges (bottom).

Ciao!

Warped rotors = replacement usually. But maybe the rotors weren't warped??? (a while back i assumed my rotors were warped..bought brembo replacement and took my old ones to a shop to machine them and they told me my existing one's had 40K+ life on them).
Compared to a4 the sienna brake pedal is soft..but not soft to a point where you would have noticed it to be soft...just take it to a brakeshop, maybe it just needs to be re-bleed(if thats a word)
