Map Disc "In" - but there is no disk! Please help-thx

In my 2008 Sienna I ejected the map dvd. It popped out and I removed it. 10 seconds later, when I went to put it back in, it would not take the disc. The Navigation device indicates "Disc In". It thinks the Nav dvd is in, but it is not. Now there is no way I can get my navigation map dvd back inside the dvd slot.

same problem or worst here.

(i disconnect the system and now i can not control the radio from the steering wheel and also i can not view the rear camera when i put it R)
