purchasing timing belt parts or kits

Just bought a 04 Sienna XLE with 92k. I made the mistake of not checking to see if the timing belt had been replaced and unfortunately for me it wasn’t.

With that said for peace of mind I am going to have my local dealer do the job. I plan on keeping the van for at least a couple years and plan on replacing the water pump and accessory belts as well as the spark plugs while they have everything apart.

First off, can someone point me to some factual reference about the 3MZ-FE engine and confirm if it is or isn’t an interference motor. Regardless of where I look on the internet, or what dealership I call I get conflicting info. This simple question has me so frustrated lol.

Second, it has a squeal on start that is very inconsistent that goes away after a couple seconds. It doesn’t seem to make a difference if the AC is turned on or not, and does not seem to get louder when raising the RPM’s. Is this related to the alternator and power steering belts or timing belt? I also found this diagram explaining how to adjust so I am going to try that:
http://minivanclub.org.ua/info/Sienn.../gene/comp.pdf

My plan is to also replace them when doing the timing belt but is there a good way to test is the idler/pulleys need to be replaced as well?

I have done a parts breakdown from 1sttoyotaparts.com and this is what I came up with:

13568-09080 Timing Belt Price: $40.32
16100-29085 Water Pump w/gaskets Price: $88.20
(2) 90311-38034 cam seals Price: $12.00
90311-40022 crank seal Price: $5.94
90080-91088-83 power steering belt Price: $4.75
99366-21040-83 alternator belt Price: $13.76
13503-0A010 idler Price: $65.74
13505-0A010 idler Price: $90.72
13540-20030 tensioner Price: $41.46
90916-03129 thermostat Price: $15.25
16235-62010 thermostat gasket Price: ???? cant find

Are the idler and tensioner parts usually required at the 90k?

Also does anyone know if this is a good kit to buy:
http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php?catalog=191&partnum=TKT006
AISIN Part # TKT006 Engine Timing Belt Component Kit With Water Pump; Includes Timing Belt, Tensioner, Idler, Water Pump, Gasket

Anyone ever bought from any of the ebay sellers that offer a timing belt kit?
