I'd look into EBC brake pads.

Who knows what the best pads are, you'd have to have used a couple of sets on your sienna to compare, if the original pads were satisfactory why not get Toyota pads? or look for a sale or rebate at a major auto parts chain (ceramic premium pads) I just put on a set of Wagner premium ceramics from Advanced auto, they had an online dicount plus Wagner had a rebate so the $70 pads wound up costing $20 or 25 I forget, they seem to be fine maybe even have better stopping power than the originals that lasted 56K on my 2005 XLE.
