Quick question for you 2006 or Gen 2 Limited owners

What electrical or other stuff has broken on your van? Here is a list of mine. Just checking to see if it's a trend.

Sensor in both back seats that allow them to go back up when they are down. First one went out around 40,000 mile the second one just a few months later. Those things are EXPENSIVE! 900 for one and 700 for the other.

The gears that allow the mirrors to fold in striped. Both failed around 70,000 miles Total cost was close to $900.

The accessory belt became loose and would squeal when wet or cold. When they were fixing that they found the water pump leaking. Also, to save labor cost they changed the timing belt also. About 55,000 miles.

On my second battery and it goes dead if you leave the interior lights on too long. (just a few hours). The first one you could leave the lights on all night and it would start.

The latest is the rubber handle on the lift gate is melting into a big ball of mess. It gets all over you when you use the handle. I know lots of people with this problem.

That's it for me. No sliding door problems so far! I know that's been a problem also.

I bought an extended warranty after the seat problems and it has paid for itself several times over. First time in 30 years of owing cars that's happened for me.
