It would seem that sometimes it has sound and sometimes not. It also sometimes doesn't turn on. We just got it and although it has more then anything we have ever owned I can't see where this is a safety feature. I would guess a loose wire( i will pull out the deck and check the harness) I am just hoping its not internal. thanks in advance.
