Front Sensors Location ? 2006 XLE Limited FWD

I am looking at a 2006 XLE Limited. It has rear sensors, clearly visible on the back bumper. My understanding is that the package includes rear and front sensors if this option was taken. Is this correct?

Where are the front sensors located? Are they clearly visible on the walkaround?

Thanks,

Detox

Front corner of the van bumper. There are only 2 sensors in the front.

Strangely this vehicle does not have front sensors. It has rears sensors, and the button for it in the center console. It also has the cruise control sensor thingy, but no front sensors.

Sounds too me the van was hit in the front and fix incorrectly.

Notice this pic. The sensor is over the fog light.

I 'think' I uncovered the mystery.

I looked in the Owener's Manual that came with the van, and in their it clearly described:

'Park Assist System -A' - which includes rear and front sensors

or

'Park Assist System -B' - which only includes rear sensors

If you press the 'sonar' button on the center dash it matches what is stated in the manual for System B which is only 4 rear sensors.

Although possible, I do not believe this van was in an accident which took out the from bumper and consequently sensors. I have a Carproof report, one owner and dealer serviced vehicle.

Thanks,

Detox

Wow. You learn something new everyday. I did not even know only the rear sensors was an option.
