What is this part called?

This trim piece flew off the van. I need a replacement part but I don't know what it is called. Any suggestions?

It's called, "Window molding, rear left" ("rear right" on the passenger side). On 1sttoyotaparts.com, the list shows to be $44.91, and their price $32.40. It's under "Side loading door", window molding". I need a "front left" piece, as the rubber strip on the front is becoming detached from the trim.

I know there's a black screw at the bottom of each piece (that loosens up over time), but how was yours attached at the top? A clip, or a push fastener?
