2010 Sienna audio / DVD issues

I have a 2010 Sienna XLE, the radio normally plays on volume setting 15 and the DVD has to be on volume setting 40 to be at the same hearing level. Then when someone ejects the DVD the radio will blast at the higher setting that was needed to play the DVD. Is there a fix for this? I've searched several internet areas and found nothing. The car dealer has basically told us to "deal" with it.

((BTW... love the van .......chose it hands dwn over the others on the market))
