I just purchased a 07 Sienna XLE AWD and took it in for service and a good going over. My mechanic told me that I had 3 Bridgestone Run-Flats with 6/32 tread and one Parelli with 11/32 tread- he said it was a problem due because all the tires need to be worn at the same level or it will damage the AWD transmission. I have read a little about his online but wondered if anyone here has dealt with this previously. Thanks!
