Water coming in the rear well??

With all the rain we have gotten recently here in the East, my wife recently complained to me about the rear well (near the hatch opening) on the passenger side of the van, is all wet.
Any ideas what could be allowing water to seep in from somewhere?
I checked the gaskets around the windows and checked the headliner for dampness, but nothing there.

The Rear A/C & Heat system is back there. Could it be condensation? A leaking Heater Radiator Unit?

I think maybe it is the seal on the top of the rear quarter windows that move in and out!

My in-laws '04 Sienna had a water problem in that area. Turned out to be 7+ years worth of leaves and other "gunk" that had collected in the top portion of the jamb, preventing the hatch seal from making solid contact. I cleaned it out and cleaned the seal with some silcone spray on a rag. She's been bone-dry for 6 months now.
