2004 Sienna Heater

Anyone know about 04' sienna heating issues?

I have a 04' XLE it just started blowing cold from the right front & rear vents while the left front blows hot....system is set to hot?

I'd guess a blend door is not working. Blend doors determine whether hot or cold air comes out the vent. They are under the dash.

In some cars blend doors are powered by little electric motors, and in some vacuum. I think Toyotas use the motors, which are also called actuators.

There is a rod between the actuator and the blend door.

Some possibilities:
Rod came loose.
Actuator motor failed.
Blend door is jammed.
