2007 Sienna oxygen sensors DTCs

Wife comes home with CEL+TRAC+VSC lights on. They go away after a week or so, then come back another week later. Read codes P00313, P2195, and P0136 (this one pending) -- all related to oxygen sensors. I erase them. No codes come back while I start monitoring what's going on while I'm driving until .... I try hard acceleration (3500rpm) and cause P0138 (pending).

I see O2S12 and O2S22 going between .015V (coasting) and .800V (accelerating), while O2S11 and O2S21 go between 4.993V (coasting) and 3.3V (accel). O2S11(mA) and O2S21(mA) are in 2-3mA range.

Have 1800mi left on Platinum Toyota extended warranty. Plan to take it in to dealer next week. Any ideas as to what all this means?

More data ... the CEL is back. And the P0031 (O2 heater control) and P2195 codes (O2S signal biased/stuck lean). These are both B1S1 related. The O2S11(mA) shows zero and O2S11(V) stays now at 3.3V. But this morning, O2S11 data looks fine. Wondering if the O2S11 is intermittently failing or has faulty connection.

P0136 (oxygen sensor)

on my last van 2000 model, i had the oxygen sensor on the back bank go bad, toy dealership replaced it for $300

only thing that when wrong with van in 120K miles other than routine maintenance.

one great vehicle, so i bought another one,

2008 model, many improvements.
more power, better mpg, more room and drives better.

they are great vehicles.
