Before you guys spend your hard earned money at the Stealership in replacing your worn out/blown out rear lift gate struts/support..check out Amazon first. The Stealership wanted I think $400..ridiculous..I bought these myself and put them in under a minute.
They are a bit stiffer than the OEM part and you do have to pull down a bit to close the rear gate..but it should loosen up over time..and anyway you'll be saving hundreds. You don't have to go the link I provided..just check out Amazon as there are many options..
..just looking out for my Sienna brethren..
