2006 sienna LE ratling sound

Both front wheels makes rattling sound on small bumps but doesnt make that sound when pressing lightly on the brakes when hitting the same kind of bumps..struts a little bit leaking but still ok per mechanic..just changed new front break rotors and pads but still hears the loud irritating rattling sound.. could it be the breaks system or otherwise? thanks guys!

I have a 2004 Sienna LE with a similar situation. First mechanic that looked at it misdiagnosed the sound as "ice build up on the suspension system". The drumming sound was checked again by the dealership and they told me that it is the front struts and strut plates. Your situation maybe similar. Good Luck!
