2007 Sienna overly sensative accleoration

From a stop my 07 Sienna axcceloration is way to sensative with peddel acceloration, Not saying peddle is real easy to push, tension feels normal.
Just the travel to power is very short. Drives like your trying to take of fast. Shifts up fine.
How can I or can it be adjusted?

Also on shifting. At less than 10 mph id coasting upon normal accleroation it revs up then catches into gear giving a learch.
I have tried other Siennas fo the same year and they have a bit of that but not so noticeable.
Any sugestions apprecitated

The above issues have been since new and havent changed now with 90k miles.
My parents owned it and didnt try to address it

Now I will try since I now own it.
Kevin
Getting 27 on road trips and 22 in town.
By calculations . Not computor that still says 23 mpg no matter what.

You could have a ECT reset done at the dealer. The "learned" values from their type of driving are programed into the computer.
The reset will put it all back to factory defaults. See if there's any "shift feeling enhancement" tsb's available while you're there.
Also, be sure the throttle body has been cleaned.
