Purchased a Base Sienna 2 days ago, when I looked in storage in the back panel of the van, I saw what looked like a motor w/ gears. My thought is this is for the power doors. Can anyone answer is it? And if it is can I add power sliding doors? the doors have the button already there, so I was thinking maybe...please advise.

Are you sure it wasn't a blower motor for the rear air/heat? Just guessing out loud because I saw it and that is what I thought it was...

I checked mine today, and it looks like the automatic seatbelt tensioner for the third row seats. The one that tightens the belts just prior to a collision.
