Removing Roof Racks - Need help

I decided it would look a lot cleaner to remove my black roof racks from my wife's new SE. My question is, what is the best way to fill the holes on the roof of the van. There are a total of 12 holes that need something covering them. I could put some 3M tape over them, but it wouldn't look the best.

Bring on the ideas? Thanks!!!

Color-matched silicone or bondo and 3M tape to seal it. But IMHO, the van looks bald without a roof rack.

You are right, I just said screw it threw the roof racks back on. It looks good because its a flat black color. It looks good with the rest of the black and white setup on my SE. Now I don't have to worry about filling the holes.
