Just completed the bumper swap on our Limited. Major issues were ensuring the body shop correctly drilled out the parking sensor holes and that everything lined up. We took our Sienna to a Certified Toyota Collision center and they did an excellent job and also provided a lifetime warranty on workmanship.
We also swapped out the rear tail lights and Headlights to the SE styling.
All parts ordered were OEM Toyota. Parts you will need to complete the swap:
1. Front Bumper Cover: 52119-08903
2. Rear Bumper cover: 52159-08905
3. Lower front grille: 52112-08020
4. Rear reflectors: 81910-02040
5. Chrome trim for rear reflectors: 52752-08010
6. Chrome trim for foglights: 52712-08020 LH, 52713-08020
7. Front under engine cover for SE: 51441-08040
Other issues we ran in to after the mod was complete:
1. Rear splash cover underneath rear bumper is different from regular models and SE.
2. Fenderwell covers in front of front tires and behind rear tires differ from regular models and SE.
I did not order these parts but they will need to be secured either by zip tie or some other means. Once you get the bumpers on, you will see a slight gap inside the fenderwells, but nothing IMO to worry about. The front cover I believe is important to get, especially if your wife uses the Sienna most of the time. You wouldn’t want any issues with debris getting underneath the engine or tearing off the regular cover.
Overall we are very happy with this modification. It will cost almost $1000 in parts retail. Please note that ours ran over that amount because I also ordered headlights and tail lights which alone cost over $1000, even at cost over retail.
All in all, we got want we wanted, the interior refinements of the Limited with the aggressive styling of the SE.
Hope this helps anyone interested in doing this mod. Pictures are located in my Garage.

Do you have the part numbers for the tail lights? Thanks

Also of note, we chose to not install the SE side mouldings. The appeaance IMO is marginal compared to the standard ones that are already on there. The Van does ride slightly lower up front because I believe the 18" wheels are a little smaller in diameter than the 19" SE wheels.
Next MODS might be the SE suspension tuning. Maybe next tax year?

Do you have the part numbers for the tail lights? Thanks
I don't have the part numbers readily available. I do remember that the combination lamps (outer pieces) end with 040 and the inner pieces end in 020. Ask the parts guy to verify that the lamps are for the SE's. I did most of my research through Village Toyota's parts website. They have a pretty good illustrated parts breakdown page where you can find by pictures almost any part number that is out there. I paid about $478 for the entire set. it really made a difference!

Anyone interested in doing this swap, please take notice that the front end will be lower than the SE and you can run the risk of scraping on approaching dips and steep driveways, umless of course you have 19" or greater wheels. Even with my 18" Limited wheels, it's lower than what I want it to be, but I love the look of the LTD wheels, just wish they came in 19 or 20".

Assuming you stick to stock sizes, there won't be much difference between ride height with 17,18,19" rims. The overall diameter is within a few mm's.
I have no idea why they felt the need to make a minivan with such a low front end but my wife has caught the front on parking stops several times. No desire at all for it to be any lower. When a Camaro has more ground clearance than a van....somethings goofy.

Agreed. I don't need mine to get any more lower then it already is. That's why I'm looking at larger wheel and tire configurations as future replacements. What I don't quite understand is the notion that the SE springs actually lower the van both front and rear but they don't appear to have any front end parking stop issues. I haven't parked besides one yet and dealers around SD don't stock enough SE's to compare sisde by side with LTD's.

There's not much hope for gaining height with tires/wheels. The wheel wells are very tight and I would be very surprised if you could get an inch. Obviously would help a little but I think it needs more than an inch to be worth it.
