window pressure noise/feeling

Is it just my 2011 Sienna....
When the back mid window right or left is down at any point and when the van is at 45+mph, there is this rapid thumping pressure unbearable sound/ feeling in your ear and everyone in the van feels it but the person who sits by the open window doesn't.
Anyone else getting this and can it cause hearing loss to an baby.

Yes, it does it in my van too. I crack a front window and it goes away. Not sure if it causes hearing loss though.

It may cause some sort of minimal damage to your hearing. This is called wind buffeting, normal physics apply here.
