I need a back-up alarm for 2011 sienna BUT I want to have off/on control over it at the driver seat. any one done this or have any wiring ideas?

You can get any back up alarm from any auto parts store. Just run the pair of wires for the 12+ into the rear of the cabin and run the wire under the mats until it reaches the driver's side dashboard. Knock out one of the unused cutouts and install a lighted on/off switch. In essence, you put a remote switch between the alarm and power supply. The unit will be at the back of the Sienna and the switch will be where you sit. HTH.
