I have an XLE, but I will tell you that the feature that I absolutely most wish I had and am annoyed that I don't have is memory seats/mirrors. The Sienna doubles as my wife's car and the family car. I do most/all of the driving when we're in family mode. My wife is 5'3 and I'm 5'11. With the back and forth, I really wish that we had the memory functions. For the seat, it's really no biggie as it's just a matter of sliding it back or forward - what's really annoying is having to adjust the mirrors every time you get in.
I didn't think that I wanted the power rear seats (one more thing to go wrong + it takes longer), but now that I have the XLE, I realize that it would be nice for my wife's sake. Due to the way that you lift the release handle away from you, it makes it difficult for a shorter person to reach in there and move the handle to release it the whole way.
HID isn't really a huge deal to me - I've considered putting in an aftermarket kit and probably will someday, but for now, I'm OK with my slumming halogens.
Auto headlights are also not a huge deal for me since we pretty much just leave our lights in the "on" position at all times (yes, I am aware of the merits of actually using the DRL function, I have just chosen not to).
Since I have an AWD, some of the additional techie toys wouldn't have been available to me on the limited, but I will say that if radar cruise had been available on an AWD Ltd, I would have been much more inclined to coin up for the Ltd. I have the feature on my car and use it all of the time.
We don't even use the 1 sunroof, so 2 probably would be extreme overkill.
That's all of the differences that I can think of off the top of my head.
Blizzard Pearl got us in the door. That was the color my wife wanted regardless of which vehicle we bought...and a big reason we didn't get another Ody.
We do like the dual moonroofs and wife likes the wood trim and steering wheel. Makes her think she's still driving her Lexus. Sort of.
We are still that auto-headlamps only come on the ltd. That would have been a shocker to get home and discover!

That's the identical reason why my wife chose the Sienna Ltd instead of the new gen Odyssey - and the fact that she just found the redesigned Odyssey to be much less attractive in general.
I preferred the Limited because of the availability of the smart key and the HID headlights that I'm used to in all of our other cars, the previous Odyssey not withstanding. I too would've been shocked that the auto headlight function is missing if we had chosen the XLE since AWD was available in both trims.
The power loungers would be awesome...if there aren't two Britax seats strapped to them!

There's really only a limited number of options on the limited....get it? Most can be stuck on the XLE. The only ones that really come to mind are auto headlamps, dual moonroof, woodgrain, power 3rd row, memory seats(?). Power folding mirrors maybe? Oh yeah...and Blizzard Pearl

Your list, including the ?'s, is accurate. I think there is potentially two-toned leather in the limited as well. Also, the XLE has woodgrain, just not the steering wheel like the Ltd. Personally, I think I'd rather have the leather steering wheel, though I'm saying that without ever having touched the woodgrain one.
Yes ltd has some sort of two-tone leather seats. We have the tan/darker tan I guess. I'm not a fan of the wood steering wheel either but my wife has had them before so she likes it. At least she thinks she does...her previous vehicle was heated so I'm waiting for winter and a cold steering wheel....
I'm not a fan of wood trim regardless but I think it helps in the case of the Sienna, at least on the tan.

the major different is having memory seat, HID and dual sunroof IMO.
don't think limited buyer get the limited because "oh, I got to get the wood looking steering wheel...to me I have to get the two tone leather...."

Agreed, the memory seats were a must as we both drive the car and the HID was a big plus.
Power folding mirrors are a boon too for street parking and garages.
I actually think the 'wood' trim detracts a bit from the interior given how artificial it appears - guess the equivalent wood trim from the Lexus line is out of line with the price...
