Anything I need to ask Dealer to add on my XLE

Hi, I am going to take the plunge on an XLE. Is there anything I should ask the dealer to add on? Any mats or cargo trays? Is it possible for them to add on auto headlamps with the HID lights? Debating whether to have the dealer do it or go aftermarket.

Also would you recommend OEM all-season mats or do the aftermarket ones provide more coverage? I'm trying to figure out what to do with covering the tracks for the second row. I don't anticipate moving the second row at all.
