USA NEW 2011 LTD AWD OWNER here...

Just saying hello to this new forum. I've been lurking for the past week and found excellent articles and ideas. I have a few questions since it hasn't been answered..atleast based on my search.

Can powered 3rd row seats be installed? (hate the manual idea, not sure why TOYOTA didn't PUT EVERYTHING into it's AWD LIMITED and had to differentiate it w/its FWD)

Can the optional 8th seat be installed on our LIMITED AWD?

Has anyone modified the OEM NAV/DVD to operate while the car is in DRIVE MODE? I know the past SIENNAs has been done (http://www.rocoto.com/siennamods/dvd_mod.html)...this is one thing I hate. (our old 2011 GL450 didn't have this safety feature, nor did I even opt for it when I had my aftermarket audio installed on my other cars).

Is it worth purchasing aftermarket side door moldings or even the OEM chrome side moldings? Anyone have pics (especially on a BLIZZARD WHITE?)

Is there any air intakes yet for this vehicle to somewhat improve gas mileage? I know it's a whole lot better gas mileage than my other cars but heck, w/gas going up and no hybrid version minivans yet...it's worth a shot to save on the mpg. Do higher rated gas (87 vs 91) make any difference on your vehicles?

Thanks in advance!

The AWD doesn't have power 3rd row due to space limitations. Something about the seat motor and drivetrain. We ended up passing on the AWD due to some of the weirdness, so we have the powered 3rd row. I wouldn't wish it on anyone...I hate it. Hopefully it never breaks because there's no manual override on it either.

I'm guessing the 8th seat COULD be added but you'd have to toss the lazyboy seats.

http://www.prestigioussociety.com/ this will let you control nav while rolling (and watch video too). I have this but haven't installed yet. Others have and it seems to work great.

We got hit with a nasty door ding a week after buying ours. Paintless dent guy massaged it out and I ordered the painted door edge guards and the side mouldings (with chrome). I had trouble laying them out in a way that I thought they looked good and turned out my wife had no interest in them (its' her car). I still have them and if you decide you want them I'll sell them dirt cheap. Some have installed them and liked the look.

Haven't seen much on the gas mileage front. Pretty happy with the mileage on ours. Getting 2-3mpg more than our previous Odyssey (which was rated at a hilarious 28mpg highway). Mpg will improve as the engine breaks in. We've gained 1-2mpg since new (now at 10k miles).
