Yep, what cali said, easily done. Here's how:
1) Open hood and support it.
2) Locate the six plastic pop-up screws located along the top of the grille. They look like this:

The colors are just to show you the different parts of the screw.
3) Slip a flathead screwdriver into the slot and under the lip of the inner screw, gently pry upwards until the inner screw pops up. Don't take the inner screw out, leave it in the sleeve of the outer screw. It should look like a pop-up timer from a turkey. Save all six, cause you'll need them for reinstall. There are two rubber bump stops at the top of the frame poking trough the grille, make sure you don't lose those either. I just take them off and reinstall after I put the grille back on.
4) After the removal of all screws and stops, gently wiggle/pull the grille towards you and it should pop right out. Not up or in a diagonal, but straight forward, there are tabs on the bottom of the grille that slip into holes at the top of the bumper.
5) Install new grille and screws. Reinstall the pop-up screw with the inner screw still out and push it back in when the whole screw is properly seated into the holes. Reinstall the rubber stops.
6) Step back and admire your work, crack open a beer and beam in your glory.
HTH!
