Yes you can but it's gonna take some time and effort if you're gonna do it yourself. You can either just leave all the plastic parts you want wrapped in the car or take them out and wrap each one individually. You'll need sandpaper to rough up the surfaces and get rid of the coating all plastics have, tack cloth to wipe everything down, primer for the glue to adhere to , glue and the leather pieces cut to order. Oh yeah, you'll need to not need to drive the car for at least a couple of days and leave all the doors open to make sure the noxious fumes have dissapated. OR... take it to an interior shop and have them do it.
