SE owners - rear vent window

okay, I thought I would be fine with it being manual but the more I think of it, it would just be that much nicer if it was powered. So, has anyone really look into how hard or costly it would be to make this conversion? I would assume all of the wiring are in place already.

That's one thing I don't like about the 2011+, even my 04 LE AWD has it power operated. It's a step backward... If you have no one on 3rd row, how are you going to open it?

As for retrofitting it from manul to power, just don't make a lot of sense to me.

There are alot of things on an SE that are a step backward...like the rearview mirror, non power 3rd windows, non power front passenger seat, no HIDs,no signal mirrors, cheap seating material(cloth&vinyl)....its the Swagger Wagon?? Kind of closer to the Gutted Body Kit Wagon. But it is a canvas for some and thats how we have to look at it and make it our own. We bought it for the look and now long for the missing features we want....in the end you take the good with the bad. One note on Toyota...do not assume that they use one wiring harness for all trim levels of a given model.

Too bad can't get a lot of the options on the XLE and Limited model on the SE. I like the look of the SE, but want all of the stuff on the upper end models.

Phffff on the looks but I'd be much happier with just the steering calibration. No idea why they think the other "non-sport" models need the steering of a 1978 Ford LTD.
