Weathertech Wind/Rain Window Deflectors Installed

Figured I'll post these up for those that may be interested. I understand in the past there was a thread about this stuff but alot of people ended up going for the inexpensive AVS brand deflectors that uses double sided tape.

These are weathertech ones that I had to wait 4-5 weeks for due to backorder. They are very NICE quality - MADE IN GERMANY (as it says) on the item. Also it is installed into the window channel. I had no interference w/the window opening or closing after installation.

Also, I had the front two windows tinted 55% (w/a 47% heat reflection rate) (ONYX brand tint)

I'm thinking of getting weathertech as well. How much did you pay for those?

I used the "taped outside" kind on my 97 Camry and the Weathertech on my 04 Sienna. after 14 years, the taped on started to show it's age especially near the mirror area.

The weathertech one was good, just twice the price. I do noticed the windows no longer rolled "all the way up" due to the added plastic now set in the channel. One thing nice about the weathertech is I took it out before selling my van so I got some $ back listing on craigslist.

Would take it over AVS or any taped on the outside deflector

Price was $99 for all 4. The window rolling up was no issue for me. It rolled all the way up w/o it rolling back down.
