Need help with towing

I am so confused. I am trying to figure out how much I can tow with my 2011 Sienna XLE. My sticker on the car says:

Combined weight of occupants and cargo should never exceed 1390 lbs.
GVWR: 5995 lbs.
GAWR: 3100 lbs. (both front and rear)

But everything I have read says that the XLE comes with the tow package, so my weights should be heavier.

I called the dealership and they said that I have the tow package. I looked in the tire jack compartment and can't find the wiring harness so I am not sure.

Knowing all of this I am assuming I have the tow package and just wasn't provided the wiring harness.

So my question is. How much can I tow safely? I see the manual says that I have a towing capacity of 3500 lbs. but no where on the vehicle does it say that.

My other question is what is the gross weight of the car, all occupants, all cargo, and the trailer maximum? I can't find that anywhere either. I think I am going to hit my gross weight of everything before I hit the most I can trailer.

So far I am looking at doing this and want to know if I am going to be good. Towing a:

6X12 enclosed cargo trailer with 1000 lbs. of stuff. I was told the trailer weights about 1500 lbs.

I will also have a car full (5 people) of stuff.

Well the manual tells you 3,500 so that's the max trailer weight. The occupants and tongue weight of the trailer need to be under the 1,390#. Properly loaded that trailer should be 250-375# on the tongue. So that leaves you around 1,000-1,100# for people and stuff. Doable.
