Swagger Wagon on Air Suspension

Ok guys here goes anouther install by Forjworks.

This is the same set up as the First 2011 Seinna Van. FORJWORKS Airride Systems Kit. The only thing thats differant is the air management. Customer wanted the basic Manual paddle switches set up.

THis by far is the quickest install even though we stold our time.. and stretched out for a 2 week span..the hour put in added up to less than a day.. 14hours install time with all the custom fabricating to modifying and building the suspension. The UAS set up is probably the hardest set up to install. becuase off all the fab work..

Estimated cost on this... about 3500.00 with the custom install

Anyone interested in a 2011 Toyota Sienna SWAGAIR kit its not on our website but we can put togther a kit for you. But the only thing is cutting and welding of the fornt strut. and wires are included but Harness is something we do when we do the install.

To start here is the Guages.. Dakota Digital

Like all of our wiring we like to make a harness.. Its take a little more time but clear install with out all the tie strap.

We alway like to keep thing looking OEM and stealthy.. WE installed Paddle switches in the blank OEM switch holes. a little cutting and grinded but the end product is this

Again Forjworks wire harness

Again as much as possible ... IMO these guages dont need to be for everyone to see. and its an eyesore when i see it right smack in the middle of the dash.. Van has a millon cup holders so looseing one wasnt an issue..

Like always at forjworks we try not to bolt things to the floor pan when doing under car installs. Custom Fabricated rack is made and bolted in.. and the most amazing thing is we didnt seld this rack onto to van nor did we drill a hole right through the floor.. I'll share on how to do this in anouther topic..

All the mounting bolts for thank and comp are welded in for ease of install.. all you need is one wrench

Installed and wired

Front struts getting read to get cut up for our FORJWORKS bracket system for use of UAS bags

Now its a FORJWORKS Strut!

Our Bracket System

This is what makes this strut work.. FORJWORKS designed top plate.. with out this this set up wont work porperly.

Fronts installed

After fabricating the rear mounts it is all bolted in.. Note if any of you try this the top bolt is a pain in the azz.. if you saw it you would wonder how the heck did we get the nut on with so little space..

Van Done!!! 14 hours later! 12am Thanks Giving day!

The only step left is getting the wheels on for WEKFEST! and that we have to save for the show.. Sorry guys we will post the finsihed pics after wekfest.

Is that a real tag?

If so, Hawaii is pretty lenient with vanity tags! (And I thought the VA tag I saw on a truck with a "Chicks rule" bumper sticker was pushing it: RUB1OUT)

impressive!

i was going to see if Revision could adapt the Alphard airrunners or maybe a universal to my wife's 2G, but this setup looks really good!

i was having trouble picturing a sienna dropped, but these 3Gs look really good - she's getting ready to trade in the 2G for a 3G, so this might be something for her to think about.

Super sexy looking Siennas ma man! I would love to bag the rear of my SE. I would do the front for the visual aspect of it, but I had problems with the last 2 cars I had on air.
