How to program replacement remote for 11 LE?

I bought a replacement remote for my LE from ebay. Is there anyone for me to program the remote myself?

The instructions I found dont seem to work.

dealer item, or locksmith. $50.00 est max I'd pay.

or ask dealer to do warranty key check, they have no idea its non-oem, or is it obvious?
tell advisor you are authorizing warranty only and will pay nothing when you check in!
cars in warranty, ask for warranty repair. tell service advisor you want to see your email address on your recipt so you can fill out the almighty online survey the dealers "need"!
my money is on "it will be handled", if so make sure to give a good survey.
