I dont think I would get fired for it but it defiantly wont be good for the relationship I am building with them.

I have no problem telling my coowkers politely to be gentle but higher up I dont think would be wise.

First it was people would get in the car with dirt on their shoes. Solved that with weathertechs
Now its this :S. If I can just solve this I would be good to go.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

EDIT: Oh and thankfully it has never been hard enough for it to hit the glass or break it but there are some nasty plastic scratches.

Yes, I agree Sean. Some people just don't understand company politics. You can't say "get me a company car if you are going to treat it that way, or don't ride with me" Obviously these guys, don't work in a corporate world. Given that we are in a recession and it's an employers world, it makes it even worse. I;m not saying let them abuse your car, but you can't "tell them to give you a company car or don't ride with me if you are going to treat it that way".

How about slowing the retractor speed somehow. Will that work?
