I've got 35's on my FJ62 and I went to a 16" rim instead of the stock 15".

I have no tire clearance issues with the 35's and I didn't do any "body work".

35's are fine for what I do, but the one thing you will really notice is the loss in power.

Mine now does 0 to 60 in the same day!!!!

If you go bigger than a 35, you will really need to change the front and rear ring and pinion to something much lower than the stock 4.11 (unless it's already been done). I'm thinking of going to at least a 4.88 and maybe even 5.23's.
