It all depends on your budget. I'd lower your car first, before anything...as it will look better and good lowered with stock rims.

Then if you can afford to, get 18 or 19" rims with an offset of +35 to +45. Depending on the width 8 or 8.5 is a good width for daily driving.

Then get the rear sway bar.

But it all depends on what you can afford at the time.
