I agree with the above posts. Buy an aftermarket filter and install it yourself. It's very simple. The dealers charge a lot more for the filter itself so, I don't buy them from Toyota.
I use a bottle of Chevron Techron near every oil change, (3,000 miles). Add the whole bottle to your gas tank before filling, so that it mixes well. It has been recommended by a few trusted mechanics that I know who DO NOT recommend store bought fuel injector cleaners. I followed this with a '95 Taurus that I bought in '96 and never had an issue with the fuel injectors. I still own the car and it has over 275,000 miles on the engine.
