I suggest 2x can of Seafom, I full can fro gas tank , the second can add half from brake booster and soak it for 2h and start your car and fume will clean your carbon. The other half you could do the same thing brake booster 1 week after to clean again and i'am sure you engine will be in tip top shapes. Buy the cabin filter in USA walmart, Fram Freshbreese for 15-20$ US and way cheaper than toyota cabing fiter.
