Dont Kill me for this POST!! INJECTOR ECU PROBLEMS after swap

I swapped a JDM 2nd Gen gt4 motor into my 90 GTS

it was automatic and i converted to stick and used a 91 gts tranny that i guess ill eventually rebuild before it blows but

the problem here is that i extended all my clips - besides the MAF sensor but im still working on the custom intake so idk where im mounting that yet but i was still hoping to hear this baby run or drive it for a test run before customizing more...

But i am not getting any power to my injectors or at least the one closest to the RHD fender -- im heading to shop to check all my injectors but it sounds like none are firing.. I got the engine to run on Ether but thats not good for it but i know its firing and it sounded alright-- im guessing its not the timing but rather the Pinouts for the ECU??

i still running the stock ignition harness to the 3sgte ecu which must be wrong.. since the pinouts have only 2 spots for the no.10 and no.20 injectors which i guess power all 4 in the 5s but the 3s has one pin for each injector? I need to know if i have to change around the ecu pins or rewire the clip that goes into or if this isnt the problem .. PLEASE HELPP I WANT TO DRIVE MY CELICAAA
