Yes, and it works great. I bought a kit from gnetCanada.com (now
http://www.navvideo.com/) for $330. It is a small electronic box and a harness the attaches to the NAV computer in the trunk. I also bought the remote, but never installed it because I didn't want to bother with string the cable from the trunk to the front seat area.
The kit does not include the camera because it is often used for other video devices, e.g., DVD players to entertain the kids or whatever. I got a good camera (SV-6300) from rocknrebates.com for $170. Cheaper ones are available, but I wanted the best.
The hardest part was installing the camera, but even that was not very difficult. I can post photos if you are interested.
