No. Not at those prices. $129 to change a cabin filter?
If you are not experiencing driveability problems then you shouldn't even need a dealer fuel injector cleaning. Who knows, maybe they'll just take the $150 and dump a $5 Techron in your tank?? (Unless they swear they'll use the canister that dumps strong cleaner directly into the fuel rail and actually do. But you wouldn't need that at 27K miles.)
If you regularly use
Top Tier gas you shouldn't have problems. However, an occasional can of
Techron Concentrate Plus (they used to have the
Fuel System Cleaner) should help. This is stronger than the
Fuel Injector Cleaner at Costco, but you can use the weak stuff every 1000 miles or "as needed".
